Paid plans are billed monthly. The free trial period does not require a credit card. After the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to violate others' rights, to distribute malware, or to abuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.
HitPublish retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding. You retain rights to content you create. By using our AI generation, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your published content.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your access will end. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date indicates the effective version.
